Leaving your child in the care of others is one of the most difficult decisions you can make as a parent. That's why here at FIVE, we want to make it as easy and as reassuring as possible.
We always welcome parents' views and value your comments. You are welcome to call into the nursery at any time, whether to see your child or chat to our Nursery Manager.
We value the partnership between parent and Nursery and aim to make you feel totally involved with your child's nursery care. Parents have full access to their child's personal file.
The best endorsement a nursery can have is surely from the parents who use the service. Our parents demand the very best quality of care for their children and have high expectations for our nursery team which we endeavour to achieve each day.
What our parents say:
- "Jessica has come on lots. She comes home and sings lots of different songs which our eldest daughter teaches us as she also attended Five Nursery. Jessica loves mixing with other children and her grandparents have commented on how good her social skills have developed."
Sarah Wain
- "Ethan enjoys coming to Nursery and he loves playing with his new friends."
Michelle Bebbington
- "Thomas loves coming to Nursery and when he's at home he says "I want Pauline", who is the key worker from his room."
Joanne Scott
- "Jacob has recently moved up to pre-school and has really come on. Jacob has been in this Nursery since he was a baby and he loves it."
Nicola Case
- "Caitlin has come on loads since starting in the Nursery."
Pat Shaw
- "I am a single parent with a full time job. Five Nursery has really supported me with my toddler and provided her with excellent care. They have also provided me with advice about sleep management and toddler tantrums. The Nursery Manager has made positive changes including structure and organisation. I would recommend this Nursery to all parents."
Rebecca Barnicle
- "Pre-school staff has been excellent and Charlie has come on 100% since starting at Five Nursery. The staff makes me feel welcome and always have time to discuss Charlie's development."
